  2. The audience • You are developing a proposal for the project you have chosen in response to a RFP • As you start the work your management wants to know the current status of that work. • This is what you are reporting on. • The audience is your management.

Rubric for Prog Report • Point that will be on a scale of 1 to 10. • Detail the project and how the project is scoped to an achievable project ? • Is it clear how the information given in this report fit into the framework of the overall project? Was the scope of what the progress report covers detailed? • Was the objective and specifications (appropriate) for this part of the project detailed? • The quality of the presentation? The quality and appropriateness of the slides, The introduction of the speakers and transition between speakers, the overall effectiveness of the presentation (Does the customer know the status of the project). Just the right number of presenters for the mateial. • Summary of the presentation and next steps to be taken in developing the full proposal.
