  3. MATERIAL • small-scale reaction surface pipettes chemicals

Precautions • Wear your safety goggles and aprons • Protect skin and eyes • Some chemicals are corrosive if chemicals fall on your skin wash with water and tell the teacher • some chemicals may stain your hands and skin • Broken glass and spills to be reported to teacher will clean • Some chemicals may stain skin .

  5. Some chemicals are toxic . Inform teacher of all accidents • Don’t chew gum, drink, or eat in the laboratory. Never taste a chemical in the laboratory • Wash hands at the end of lab and before touching skin or eyes • Clean up empty pipettes in the garbage . • Follow all instructions • No horse play
