ProFile Overview • ProFile Mold Management Software • Mold management program for Tooling Engineers and Tool Room Managers • Maintains all mold data and customer information within a single database • Enables documentation of actions • ISO compatible • Provides ability to schedule future procedures based upon target dates and cycle counts for preventative maintenance

  2. Data Entry • Main screen contains all pertinent tool information • Customer details • Mold ID • Cycle counts • Schedule actions • Tool history

  3. Tools • Additional screens are available to track tool information: • Additional Info • Bill of Material Info • Tool List • Tool Worksheets

  4. Last Action • The Last Action feature allows the user to record history for a tool

  5. Schedule • ProFile allows the user to schedule future activities by cycle count or by date

  6. Calendar • The Calendar box allows the user to view all Scheduled Activities for each tool • The box shows the Target Date, Target Cycles, and a brief description of the Scheduled Activity

  7. Tools – View List • The View List button allows the user to see all tool records that have been created

  8. Tools – Main Info • Additional Documentation • Allows a user to attach text (.txt or .doc), image (.gif, .jpg, .bmp), or CAD (.dxf, .dwf, .dwg) files to each tool within the ProFile database

  9. Tools – Main Info • The Calculator function computes the Total Days Run and Estimated Date after a Number of Cycles is entered

  10. Tools - BOM Info • View Bill of Material information • Both the Mold Bill of Material and Parts and Components tabs are available from this area

  11. Dropdowns • Dropdowns allows access to every data field that stores common values

  12. Work Orders • This area provides a template for the preparation of Work Orders which can be saved and printed, emailed or faxed

  13. Memos • This area will allow you to either recall a previous memo for modification & resending or fill in information for a new memo

  14. Reports • The Reports area allows the quick generation of informational reports based on tool data • Each report offers different choices for narrowing and widening the results
