HEALTHY FOOD • Healthy meal means a reasonable choice of food. • Natural, healthy food is a condition for good health and vitality. • Assorted and moderate consuming food is important for building a health life.
WHAT DO WE EAT? • Although we know the risks of consuming unhealthy food, we are still stubborn. • Most of people do not pay attention to quality of meals and often eat quantity; simply to “kill” their hunger.
CONSEQUENCES • Unfortunately people begin to think of their health when something goes wrong. • Heavy weight is not only problem, cardiovascular system also suffers. • Someone once said: Better defeat than cure!
WHAT SHOULDWE EAT? • Daily meal should contain fruit and vegetables. • The assorted food has to be present in our daily menu (meat, fish, corns, dairy products, etc.). • Don’t forget the water. We should consume at least 2l water per day.
