Partial Private Circuits • Billing • 1 October cut-over to new billing system achieved. • October Geneva bills produced & distributed. • Bedding in problems experienced – to be expected with new system. • November 1st Full Geneva monthly bills produced & Distributed. • December monthly bill production in progress. • No reported major ‘show stopping’ issues with new bills to-date.

  30. Partial Private Circuits • PPC Contract Review • 7 PPC customers collectively submitted issues for discussion, of which 2 of the 7 also submitted issues separately. The 7 customers are collectively know as the group of 7 (G7). • 7th October – Issues consolidation and categorisation meeting held. • 23rd October – Agree to Disagree discussion meeting • 4th November – Minor issues discussion meeting • 26th November – Major issues discussion meeting • Agreement with G7 representatives that a quorum of 3 PPC customers was sufficient to agree and formally close down an issue. • Majority of Minor issues have been agreed. • Next discussion scheduled for 18th December 08 in London.
