Structural Pest Control Education and Enforcement Program Overview

DESCRIPTION

The Structural Pest Control Education and Enforcement Program, overseen by Roy Rutz, aims to enhance pest control practices through comprehensive training and regulation. Funded by fees from pesticide use reports and civil penalties, the program ensures qualified oversight and efficient communication among stakeholders, including the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) and county agricultural commissioners. Key initiatives include financial reimbursements for training and investigative activities, along with a memorandum of understanding to streamline communication and program coordination.
