AEL Experience Excellence EXPERIENCE Some of the areas handled in construction include, Brick/Block work construction (complete with substructure, walling, roofing finishes and fittings ) Structural steel construction Renovations Mechanical installations Electrical installations Concrete works QUALITY ASSURANCE We are also committed to "Total Quality Control and Management" on site. We are responsible for organising and establishing Manpower / Materials /Transport/ samples for approval / material testing where necessary etc. on site. In cases of large projects or structures far from each other, the team is split, each with a team leader all reporting on a regular basis to their manager. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION • We always keep in mind that the client requires a high quality of work and adherence to time limits of the project. Before we embark on a project, we carefully study its nature purpose and location, keeping in mind factors such as safety, health, cost, time etc. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE • We have a team of experienced and committed Engineers in the field of Building construction, Electrical and Mechanical to support in delivering the required output. We also carefully monitor the progress of work to make sure that quality is delivered on time.

  3. AEL Experience Excellence TIME CONTROL The designated Construction Manager together with his team is responsible for time management on site by adhering to the approved construction schedule. He is responsible for establishing time control schedule techniques and updating the work schedules on site. We fulfils this by strict adherence to the proposed work schedule (always pined up in site offices). HEALTH & SAFETY We are committed to the safety of the personnel and property in the environment we work in. We have a safety policy which is clearly communicated to all our staff. This policy emphasises our commitment to safety and zero tolerance to accidents. All workmen and visitors to the site are expected follow procedures necessary for assurance of the Health & Safety. Tool box talk, form part of every activity that we under take which is intended to bring together all employees headed for certain task. We complete and handover projects within the stipulated time, to the client's utmost satisfaction ensuring that very minimal works are to be attended to during defects liability period. Every item is carefully executed and every fitting is of the best specified quality to achieve what is stated above. Our Quality Assurance Control Plan and Procedure is strictly followed.
