  1. DAY 3 Sessions 1 & 3 BSLA materials Mini-workshops

Outcomes for participants • At the end of these mini-workshops participants should be able to: • Understand the range of available resources that might be useful for the success of their library association’s development proposal. • Familiarise themselves with key topics covered by the BSLA training package.

  3. Session 1 • Participants will break into 3 groups. 2 trainers will join each group. • Each group will explore the first 3 topics • Each group will be set up in a separate room

  4. Session 1 topics • Role of Associations • Governance • Planning

  5. Session 3 • Participants will break into 3 groups. 2 trainers will join each group. • Each group will explore 2 topics • Each group will be set up in a separate room • As some topics will have been covered in other sessions, these sessions will be applying what you have already learned

  6. Session 3 topics • Partnerships • Advocacy
