  5. TRAINING SESSIONS DURATION From 6 to 10 The duration of the activities can rang from 45 to a maximum 60 minutes. From 10 to 14 The duration of the activities can rang from 60 to a maximum 90 minutes. From 14 to 18 The duration of the activities can extended up to 120 minutes because of work on tactical concepts is higher than of the last groups. These times do not include: Explanation Breaks or changing clothes Etc.

Planning is a process that serves to foresee the work to carry out with the students over a given period, depend on their real , existing requirements and abilities, provide resources possibilities, thus it is need to study and cognitive about: Duration of the season.
