2. What did you do the day before, to get ready for your shoot day? • To prepare for the shoot day, with me being a day student, I had to collect a lot of the props for the shoot. For example, I had to make sure we had tablecloth for the dinner date, candles and cutlery too. I made sure everyone in the cast knew what they were wearing and what style we wanted too.

3. How did you feel when you woke up on the morning of your shoot day? • Nervous, yet excited, as this was very out of my comfort zone, as obviously we filmed opening sequences in A1 however this had been a completely different process, so I knew the shoot day would be also completely different. 

4. How well prepared were you when you arrived for the shoot, what did you have to do before you could start shooting? • I would say we were well prepared, however unfortunately on Friday we were unable to set up our set, due to another group over running; however, it was ok as our first set was super simplistic, and our set designer did it for us over the weekend. However, myself and Ellie had to print the pictures off for our development studio idea that morning. This was a bit of a stressful moment as we had to run around the school asking for photo paper, however once we had done it we were all ready to start rolling.

5. Describe what the studio/location looked like when you started to shoot, how well do you feel you managed to create the look of your concept? • Our first studio look was a plain white backdrop with the instruments laid out, we then created the lighting, and chose a pink/purely LED backdrop to create this warm, fun feeling to match the vibe of our concept.

6. How did you divide the roles on your shoot day, what role(s) did you play? • I feel as if our division of the roles on the shoot day could have been more equal. For example, it felt bit like Becky did take control of all the roles, and me and Ellie weren't allowed to help a lot of the time, so therefore I think we should have divided them more equally.

7. What do you think that you personally did particularly well? • I personally feel what i did particularly well was keeping everyone motivated, particularly in the performance aspect. For the actors, it was struggling for them to get in the happy, energetic vibe and show this through their movement, particularly our lead singer Fabian. Due to him being my friend I gave him a lot of motivation and made him dance and embarrass himself so we could produce our best product. • I also think I did a good job being on playback, as I made a clear choice and made sure the music and video were in sync, and together, i did this throughout the day so it did get boring, however was important role.

8. What problems did your group have on the shoot day, how did you solve them? • Our problems we had on the day was that we all were very stressed and did not get on as well as I would of liked, and this was because me and Ellie felt as if we were not able to do much, and the other members in our group took control of all the filming. • We also did not have enough time in the day to film everything and we missed out on an entire set, that was necessary for our shoot, so therefore we have solved this by choosing to film this in out of school hours.

9. Which part of the shoot do you think was most successful and why? • The most successful part of our shoot was our performance aspect, it was very quick fun and easy to film, and we all had a role to play in this. There was lots of energy and we ended up getting a variety of different shots from different angles.

10. Which part of the shoot do you wish had gone better and why? • I wish we could have done the date a bit better, as I feel as if we rushed this a bit due to the lack of time we had, I feel as if we could have got more angles and more shots and had bigger reactions if we had told the actors that. • I also wish we had been able to set up our set ourselves, as although it did work, I do feel as if it was a bit bland and basic, and we could have made it much cooler if again we had had more planning and time but unfortunately, we did not.

11. What was the part of the shoot you enjoyed the most? • I enjoyed the performance aspect the most, I got a go with the camera, and enjoyed the energy and the atmosphere, of the group and the performers, it was lots of fun and we got so many shots angles and it look amazing in our editing process.

12. What are you looking forward to seeing the most in the edit? • I am looking forward to just seeing the final product overall, and how good it looks with the song's vibe. Particularly I am looking forward to see what the development studio shots turn out to look like as we took those shots on the track, following Fabian, this is known as the dolly. It’s something we never got to use in opening sequences, so it will be interesting to see how it turns out and whether it looks cool and affective.

13. How well do you feel that your production group worked as a team? • I don't feel that our group worked particularly well just because we all had different perspectives and views of what we wanted to come out. We also all wanted to have a chance in control, but it did get taken over by one member. I just feel that we did not have patience with each other, and a lot of the day was very me and Ellie Vs Becky and Dan, which made it struggling to work hard as a team.

14. Are their any lessons you learned today that could help you make your next shoot even more successful? • To be more organized and make sure we are ready to film from the get-go. Also, to bring more clarity as my ideas as I feel they were ignored quite a lot. Also, to make sure we have enough time, and work it out more so we could get everything done on the shoot day.
