The last survey question asks, "Want to help promote any of these Issues, or the WSPTA legislative platform?"

Tuesday, September 11th 2007 Advocacy • Issues Survey • Unit Advocacy • Simple Majority (4204) Campaign Goals: • Raise Three million dollars • Two prongs: Persuasion Low 50’s polled as definite YES voters 4-6% polled as undecided Need to find 240,000 more YES voters from undecided Rest definite NO’s GOTV Bring out the YES votes from irregular voters • Don’t waste time trying to convince NO’s • TV Ads, Radio, Mailings will be to persuade • GOTV calls get the voters to show up

Ask your Principal or Superintendent – they will be very pleased you asked
