  3. Goodwill’s Belief Historically an outward model. Now, we are much more intentional about facing inward. We believe that, in many cases, by focusing on our internal culture and values system we will have a larger community impact. We have the opportunity to impact future leadership and culture in our community.

  4. Employee Supports fits into Goodwill’s Strategic Plan We will develop our employees as an integral part of our mission. We will increase those working toward a post-secondary education or certification by 5% in 2013. Paid study-time

Toastmasters: 30 plus individuals

Strategic Plan measures that relate to Employee Supports efforts We will improve critical wellness measures (participation; attendance; turnover) Turnover *Avg. length of time worked for closed employees = 1.7 yrs (those closed the year of 2012) *Avg. length of time worked for active employees = 4.1 yrs(those active on the last day of 2012)
