  2. Most of the times we get stuck in our busy schedule. Making breakfast is one of the tasks where we must spend more time. If you need to cook any easy Indian breakfast recipe, then instant ravaidli is the easiest recipe to cook in no time. It is one of the traditional idli recipes which are made with simple ingredients which you can find easily at home. Also, it can be made with no grinding and fermentation. Many of the time we just stick with idli or dosa for breakfast. But if you wish to have a healthy breakfast you can choose ravaidli.The easiest way to cook instant ravaidli:

  3. Most of the time for many people the ravaidli will be hard making it non-tasty to eat. For making super soft and fluffy idli all you need is to make it in a proper way. Ravaidli is a flavorful and soft breakfast option which is usually perfect during your busy days. For instant ravaidli, the major ingredients are rava and curd. There is no need for fermenting it long hours like normal idli batter. You can make it within 30 minutes along with the other preparations side by side. The ingredients needed to make this delicious Indian breakfast are:

  4. 1 cup of rava. 2-3 finely chopped green chillies. ½ teaspoon of uraddal. ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds. ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds Curry leaves. 1 tablespoon of oil. 1 granted carrot. 10-12 slit cashews. Chopped coriander leaves. 1 cup of curd. Salt to taste.

  5. Heat the pan and add oil to it. Add mustard seeds and wait for it to crackle. Now add cumin seeds, uraddal and saute well till it turns golden brown. Now, add chopped chillies and saute well. Add rava in the pan and dry roast it until it turns aromatic let’s say for 6-7 minutes over the low flame. Now turn off the flame, and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, add curd, the salt required amount of salt and mix it well. Keep this batter aside for 10-15 minutes.

  6. After 15 minutes, mix the batter well. The main point for cooking soft ravaidli is keeping it aside for a few minutes otherwise the idli will become hard. Now you can make the ravaidli in two forms. One in which you can add granted curry leaves, carrot, cashew, coriander leaves every in it and mix well. Now, you can use this batter for cooking ravaidli. Otherwise, add carrot, coriander, curry leaves and cashew in the mould and add ravaidli batter above it. You can choose any one of the above-mentioned methods which you like and cook it for 10-12 minutes.After it is cooked, now remove the instant ravaidli from the mould. Now, all you have to do is serve this hot idli with coconut chutney or sambar to taste good. Finally, your fluffy and soft ravaidli is ready.
