  7. Know Your Role • Starts with Administrators!! • Clearly Communicate Your Role • Open Communication • Expectations & Boundaries • Accountability

  10. Get To Know Your Ministry Team • What are their strengths & weaknesses? • What is unique about them? • How do they view YOUR role? • What would like to see happen at your school? • What do they want potential families to know about your school?

  11. Plan Ahead & Be Specific!!! • Communicate your plans fully and in advance • Be mindful of their time

  12. Ask for Insight & Feedback • This is what I want to accomplish & why • This is how I envision your role • How do WE make it happen? • How do you recommend that I contact • What did they think? • What would they do to make it better? • What can WE add or do different?

  13. Acknowledge Their Contributions • Send Thank You notes • List their names on the website • Acknowledge them in front of their piers and visitors
