I mean the world is surrounded by some amazing desserts to binge over but the question is, is it worth it? Is sugar craving above our health measure? Well, I think most of us already have a NO popping in our heads and on the same hand sugar isn’t something you’ve got to quit for a lifetime but like anything else consumption of it in excess is harmful and must be stopped if the case comes to that.
