  2. Healthy blood sugar level? • Blood sugarcomes from the food we eat, and is our body's main source of energy. Our blood carries glucose to all of your body's cells to use for energy. • Normal blood sugar level? • It’s approx. 100 mg/dL just after waking up from a night sleep. • It’s less than 140 mg/dL 2 hours after eating. • For people without diabetes, blood sugar levels before meals is lowest in the day, hovers around 70 to 80 mg/dL • A HBA1c reading of 5.5 also indicates normal blood sugar. www.add15years.comwww.add15years.in
