  12. DPS INDUSTRY USER GROUP Consists of individuals from many TSPs and includes members of IAM and AMSA. Meet every other week or monthly depending on need and summer business priorities to discuss the current stability of the DPS system and future updates. Email exchanges to compare connection and other issues to determine if the issue is isolated or if it is wide spread

  13. DPS USER ACCEPTANCE TEST GROUP Includes representatives from DPS PMO, Services (Both HQ and Installation level) SDDC, and now industry. Industry participants: Georgia Angell (Foremost Forwarders), Gordon Keene (ABBA International), Debbie Passmore (Suddath), Shawn Musselman (Stevens Worldwide), Elmer Storck (Carlyle Van Lines), Rhonda Gipson (SIRVA) Tested 3.4.0 prior to release

  14. DOCUMENT IMAGING FOR SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT SCR 7475 Working group to solicit information which will allow TSP users to upload documents to support billing, claim and qualification 3 TSPs (Cartwright, Carlyle and Unigroup) DPS PMO SDDC 2 Meetings held at Unigroup

DPS PMO REACHING OUT • Update Shipment Weights – This would allow TSP to update shipments weights in DPS until the first invoice has been submitted. • Change to Shipment Allocation Error – Change DPS to send out an offer to all TSPs once DPS is unable to award a shipment during the normal Best Value Award process. • Change DUNS from 9-10 digits – This is a technical fix to allow for 10 digits.
