AECT 2011 Conference Highlights: New Board Members and Goals for the Upcoming Year

The AECT 2011 Conference in Jacksonville, FL, celebrated new leadership including Melissa Raymer as the winner of the 8.3 seconds challenge. The board welcomed James A. Marken as Past President and Wen-Hao David Huang as President Elect. New Vice-President of Communications, Jennifer Bauman, along with board representatives from esteemed universities, outlined goals for 2011-2012. Focus areas include raising awareness of T&P, enhancing community value, hosting webinars, and improving the AECT website. Monthly board meetings are open to all interested members.
