Analysis of Chimaeric PVX Vectors in N. benthamiana Leaves Reveals Marker Expression Patterns

This study examines the infiltration of chimaeric PVX vectors in N. benthamiana leaves at different time points to analyze marker expression patterns. The systemic leaves were also evaluated for marker presence using PVX-S6, PVX-S7-1, PVX-S7-2, PVX-S8, PVX-S9-1, PVX-S9-2, and PVX-S10 constructs. Immunoblotting with CP antiserium detected 34 kDa and 26 kDa bands. Detailed results are presented in Figure S2A and B.
