  1. FACTORS THAT AFFECTS A COMPANY'S PERFORMANCE MISCOMMUNICATION  In a company or organization, conflicts arise between two or more employees because they fail to communicate properly. This may become a big problem for the company if it is not resolved in a calm and peaceful manner. STRESS Too much stress causes an employee to break down. Provide an environment were stress can be decreased such as encourage each other to smile and be positive. Also try not to give a bulk of workload on a single day, divide the work and give each employee an ample time to finish it.
