  4. Laundering Instructions • Home style or commercial • Use a mild detergent – ph under 11 • No bleach • No softener • HARMONY – Home style • PLUS 15 - Commercial

  5. Laundering Instructions • Use a net bag – better mechanical action • Do not wash with terry cloth • Drying temps 130-140 degrees • 400-500 washings

  6. Laundering – Home Style • Select machine formula w/ longest wash time • Use HARMONY or low ph detergent • Use net bag – mechanical action

  7. Laundering – Commercial Washer • Select correct formula • Do not use bleach • Do not use fabric softener • Correct extract time

  8. Correct Formula - Steps • Flush 2min 120 High • Flush 2min 140 High • Wash 10min 140 Low • Rinse 2min 140 High • Rinse 2min 80 High • Rinse 2min 80 High • Rinse 2min Cold High • Extract 5min

  9. Wet Mops • Break in new mops in a mild detergent • Can be bleached if needed • No softener • Watch dryer temps • Store mops correctly to avoid mildew

  10. Dust Mops • Vacuum or brush mops to remove large materials • Retreat mops • Store mops head up • Soiled mops can be laundered • Use net bag
