  1. What does it do? • Designed to replace MTEN, CheckObs, Obscheck, CompGB, ModGee, etc. • Built-in editors for A-file, B-file, G-File, serfile, T-file • Retrieves data from .des file, NGS IDB • Collects/validates observations • Stores observations • Exports horizontal bluebook files

  2. Collects Field Data • Collect field data via cable to Total Station • Topcon, Sokkia, Trimble, Nikon, Pentax, Leica • Horizontal directions • Zeniths • Slope EDM distances • Astronomic observations • Target heights • Point descriptions • Setup/weather data

Performs Computations • Retrieves data from IDB via internet • Means directions/zeniths/slope distances • Checks/validates data during data entry • Performs inverse/forward computations • Astronomic aszimuth computations • Stores data in ASCII file • Exports a standard horizontal bluebook file • Replaces DOS programs for checking files
