  1. What’s the difference between iPhone 8 and iPhone 7 LCD screen?

  2. According to the previous experience, the new iPhone launched at Sep.12th should be called “iPhone 7s”, but it came to us with a name “iPhone 8”. When we saw iPhone8 at first glance, it looks just like the iPhone 7. Here we will compare the iPhone 8 LCD screen with iPhone 7 and test whether the screens can exchange. Appearance contrast As iPhone 8 and iPhone 7 have the same size display, the LCD screen sizes are almost the same. So we can’t find the differences from the front but there are some small differences on the back. Refer to the picture, the buckle on the top of iPhone 7 is plastic, on the bottom is metal while the iPhone 8 is just the opposite.

  3. Install iPhone 8 LCD screen in iPhone 7 Firstly, we install the iPhone 8 LCD screen in the iPhone 7, turn on the phone, it can light up.

The last, press and hold the side button until the Apple Logo appears. Unfortunately, it is still stuck at the Apple Logo with the white screen. To prove the iPhone 8 Logic board is in good condition, we install the iPhone 8 LCD screen in the logic board and test the screen touch function, everything runs well.

  7. So the result is that the iPhone 7 LCD screen also can’t work on the iPhone 8. Conclusion Up to now the comparison and test between iPhone 8 LCD screen and iPhone 7 LCD screen are completed. The conclusion is that the LCD screen of iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 have small differences at buckles and both of them can’t work well after LCD screen exchange.
