  3. Term Of Office • Term = 1 year • Term runs from January 1 – December 31 • Limit of 2 consecutive terms allowed for the same office

  4. President • Preside at all meetings • Represent the club at all times (or designate a proxy in absence) • Ex-officio member of all club committees (except nominating committee) • Grant approval of funds • Sign checks in absence of PAC Treasurer • Appoint • Parliamentarian • Yearbook Chairman • Chair of Nominating Committee • Temporary Chairs • Audit Committee • Replacement for Officers with 3+ unexcused absences

  5. First Vice President – Programs • Proxy for President • Program Chair • Propose schedule of programs for year

  6. Second Vice President – Campaigns • Proxy for Vice President - Programs • Coordinate club campaign activities with DCRP and Campaign Director of DCC of RW clubs • Record and Report volunteer campaign hours to TFRW • Collaborate with • Precinct Chairs • Other area Republican clubs • Campaign Chairs of Republican candidates

Third Vice President – Membership • Proxy for Vice President - Campaigns • Promote club membership • Maintain contact with and keep accurate record of club membership • Notify PAC Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary of new members • Record attendance and introduce guests and new members at club meetings

  8. Recording Secretary • Keep and read minutes of all regular and special club meetings • Assist President in drafting agenda, when asked

  9. Corresponding Secretary • Read all communications of interest at club meetings • Manage all club correspondence • Send club newsletter and any additional mailings as requested by the President

  10. PAC Treasurer • Manage all club funds, including collecting and depositing funds into the bank account • Disburse funds with approval of club members • Prepare proposed budget for year(with assistance from President appointed temporary committee) • Provide records for annual audit • Provide written receipts and record of disbursements • Notify Third Vice President – Membership of dues received • Maintain records of all necessary information to file PAC reports (for two years past deadline) • File PAC periodic reports

  11. Standing Committees • Telephone • Hospitality • Publicity • Legislation and Resolutions • Community Service Chairman of Standing Committees is elected by club members at the November meeting and shall attend Board meetings.
