  2. Agenda • Cayenne – UNC Club Sports Athletic Trainer • Presentation on concussions • Allocation Announcement! • CPR/FA/AED • Paperwork for Coaches • Chartering • Blackboard • Community Fest

  3. 5 minute break before Team building exercise

  5. CPR/FA/AED Training • This Saturday only! 9am in the Upper Group Fitness Room in the Campus Recreation Center • If you already have your certification, please bring your card to my office and I’ll make a copy

  6. Coaches Paperwork • Coaches will need to complete the following paperwork as soon as possible • Coaches Agreement (turn in to me in person so I can meet them) • Background Check – I will email this to them • Standard Service Invoice – I will email this to them

  7. chartering • Team email highly recommended • Use CRC, Campus Box 62, Greeley, CO 80639 for the address • Required to have at least two officers • I will sign the required paperwork once I have seen everyone’s constitution

  8. Blackboard • Have access but waiting to update list • This is where all of the forms will be as well as budget updates

  9. Community fest • UNC Homecoming Community Fest • October 4th from 10am-1pm located East of Nottingham Field • If you would like to be a booth participants (Quidditch and WLAX already are!) then go to www.unco.edu/homecoming to find out more information
