  2. USER GUIDE STEP 1 Log into www.klerksdorptrade.info At the right top corner of the screen There is a red button (login) Left click on the button and it will Direct you to the login page . Here you just enter your username and password then click on orange Login button , now you are logged in And will be on your personal dashboard page BK: 2009/106313/23 VAT: 9120/799/17/7

Step 2 The dashboard Once logged in the dashboard button will be displayed top right corner next to login On the dashboard you can manage all your adverts on the site All your personal adverts is displayed here with their options There is four options Edit that is displayed as the pencil , here you can change an advert from the title to the photo’s every thing can be changed as you prefer Delete is displayed as a red cross this deletes the advert permanently Play / pause button is to remove the advert from the site but not from your profile this means it can be played at any later stage and then it is live on the site again Mark as sold , by clicking this button your advert remains on on the site live with a red banner that indicates that this particular item is sold On the dashboard you can also view the hits on the adverts and the status of each advert to see if they are live or pending or offline BK: 2009/106313/23 VAT: 9120/799/17/7

Step 3 Profile setup To get to your personal profile you need to be logged in on the site Then click on the home button on the left top side of the screen Once on the home page you will see on the right side is a block with 2 orange buttons next to the adverts Click on the edit profile button , now it will redirect you to the profile panel were you can edit or update all your personal information On this page is the option to change your login password After everything you wanted to change or update is typed in to place just click on update profile at the bottom of the screen and it is live and up to date BK: 2009/106313/23 VAT: 9120/799/17/7

Step 4 Place an advert This is done in four easy steps 1 Click on the button that says place an ad its orange top right of the site 2 Then choose the category you want to post in and click Go 3 Fill out all the fields in the next window all the fields marked with a small star is mandatory and needs to be filled in. Street address needs to be correct for Google maps to navigate to your business Photo’s , just click on browse and select them from your computer’s directory were they are saved , please ensure that the photo’s are smaller than 500kb for upload The last field at the bottom of the page is for your coupon code this is the code you received from us when you registered. This is very important it makes your advert free and live on the site immediately (keep your code safe ) Then just click continue on the bottom 4 Review your advert and click proceed at the bottom Congratulations your first advert is live on the site !!!!!
