The complex consists of 3 units that can work independently UBSH-1.5 is the key unit of the complex and is designed for processing drill cuttings into environmentally safe material for roads or curing concrete mass. The main element of UBSH is a milling type mixer, which allows to work with different composition of drilling sludge. There are several modifications of UBSH developed: the UBSH to work in the rig (it can work at any weather conditions) and UBSH for the reclamation of old drill cuttings graves. Alpha-9 is the 2nd unit and is designed to clean drilling waste water according to the required level of safety in the region or requirements of the technical specifications. To provide successful operation of the unit there is a procedure developed for the preliminary separation of the waste drilling mud into liquid and solid phase. It allows to reduce time of natural destruction of the structure of modern drilling fluids. Let us specify that we are talking about a drilling fluid based on water. Note: Alpha-9 doesn’t solve problem of desalination of water from sodium chloride. One of the Alpha-9 modifications can purify water from oil pollution. Alfa-T is the 3rd unit and is designed to process carbon-containing waste (waste oils, oiled rags, rubber goods, polymer products, bottles, sack for chemicals etc.) into furnace fuel. 2

  7. COMPLEX OPERATION. 1. Rigging up includes planning of the well site for the unit, fixing the trailer with sliding supports that upload the suspension, lifting the roof into the operating position, connecting the units with flexible pipes (pressure and feed), connection to the electricity. 2. Delivery of lime, cement and sorbent and loading them into reciving tanks and temporary storage area. 3. The slurry is loaded into the receiving tank. Then the cutter is lowered into the tank with the help of a manipulator. The lime, cement and sorbent are fed into the cutter zone with a pneumatic compressor. The slurry gets thick due to humidity takeoff and the processes of setting the binders. But thanks to the constant mixing the resulting bonds are destroyed and it doesn’t turn into some monolithic mass. Depending on the rate of slurry input, the mixing process can last up to 2 hours. 4. The ready bulk soil goes to the belt and then to the truck. The truck transports the mass to the disposal site and, if necessary, level it and compacts. It provides necessary conditions for the continuation of the process of hardening of the mass. The bulk is can be used for filling the roads (4-5 categories) at the well sites. Depending on the composition of the sludge, the unit can operate as a mud room. 7

ALPHA-9 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS • Size: length -3 m; width -3 m; height -2 m. • Weight – not more than 2 tons. • Tank volume - 100 l. • Number of tanks- 3 ea. • Volume of oil drilling mud for each tank – up to 60 kg. • Available option to work with liquid waste – about 200 l per hour. • Work time– 1-2 hours. • Output - up to 90 kg per hour. • Output of liquid hydrocarbon products (diesel and gasoline fractions) is 50% from weight of raw materials. • Electricity consumption is not more than 3 kW/h, taking into account lightning. When using dosing pumps, the consumption can be higher. • Gas and boiler fuel is used as a fuel for the complex (all fuel is produced with the complex itself).

PRINCIPLE ADVANTAGES • Catalytic process provides stable composition of gas mixture, stable control of heating of working chambers, specified fuel composition with prevalence of C8-C19 fractions in the main product. • Deep cleaning of the gas from impurities during the catalytic process and condensation. This reduces the toxicity of exhaust gases from the acceleration chambers. • Separation column provides correction of fuel properties according to fractional composition and combustion heat. • The unit is independent as it works on the separated gas or the resulting fuel.
