  2. Pre Requisites: • Windows 8 ISO image  Windows 8 Bootable DVD/USB • Windows 8 • Windows 8 Pro (Recommended) • Windows 8 Enterprise • Windows 8 licence key • ~20 minutes of time and patience!

  3. Creating a bootable media: Download and install Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool from Microsoft for free

  4. Choose the Windows 8 ISO file Choose media type: Either USB pendrive Or DVD

  5. Choose the Drive for USB Device and Click Begin Copying

  6. Bootable USB Created!

  7. Boot from your USB Pendrive/DVD Reboot your PC and go to your System BIOS by pressing F8 or Del at startup

  8. Setup Starts……

  9. Choose the language and keyboard format and click install

  10. Enter your Windows 8 Product key

  11. Select Upgrade if you do not want to lose your files, settings and applicationOr select Custom for a clean install of Windows

  12. Formatting and getting ready…

  13. Be careful while selecting and formatting drives

  14. Let it install and reboot…

  15. Personalize your settings and sign in…

  16. Wait for the final few moments…

  17. And enjoy the sweet taste of Windows 8!

  18. Things to do after clean install • Activate your windows • Install all the needed drivers, patches, updates from Windows Update
