  3. Irrigation design Florida Agriculture is highly dependent on water. Many western farmers face critical water problems. There, the Florida portion of the High Plains Aquifer is the main source of water for all uses, 90% of which is for agricultural irrigation. Improved irrigation efficiency can save water, energy and money for today's farmers. It is important to consider all aspects of irrigation to maximize crop production and income, including: Efficient operation of the pumping plant Proper water application methods Efficient irrigation scheduling The use of low pressure nozzles

  4. Irrigation Design and Consulting The test allows the farmer to obtain information on pumping water levels, pumping speed, discharge pressure, pump and motor speed, and energy use. This data is used to determine the performance rating of the pumping plant. If the plant performance is less than 100%, it is possible to save energy and money.
