Updating your Weekly Lesson Plan. Log into Sharepoint. Log into Sharepoint the same way that you did when you uploaded your lesson plan. Select your Lesson Plan. Select your lesson plan Hover over your lesson plan and you will notice a drop down menu to the right of the name.

Log into Sharepoint • Log into Sharepoint the same way that you did when you uploaded your lesson plan.
Select your Lesson Plan • Select your lesson plan • Hover over your lesson plan and you will notice a drop down menu to the right of the name. • As you scroll down the drop down menu, select check out.
Opening your Lesson Plan • Click on the file name of your lesson plan. • The Open Document window will appear. • Select EDIT • Press OK • You will be asked to enter your K12 Login and Password (maybe twice).
Edit Your Lesson Plan • Your lesson plan should have opened up in the program that it was created in, Word or Excel. • Edit your lesson plan and save it. • Notice that you didn’t have to upload your file. • When you saved your lesson plan, it was saved directly to the sharepoint site! • Notice – The modified date and time has changed.
DONE!!!!!! • This can be used for more applications than just lesson plans. • Newsletters • Assignments for Students • Data Files for Students
