  1. Updating your JHA When? Your JHA must be: • reviewed and reapproved annually • reviewed, updated and approved as your work changes Who? • Employees, Supervisors, or Work Leads can create a new Draft JHA Hazards Profile • Only Work Leads can approve updates How? To make a Draft JHA: • Take the JHA questionnaire again • Modify an existing JHA questionnaire • Create a Draft copy of your JHA Hazards Profile The online JHA can be accessed at https://ehswprod.lbl.gov/ehstraining/jha/login.aspx For more information, contact the JHA Team at JHA@lbl.gov
