Essential Guide to Updating Your Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)

Regular updates to your Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) are crucial for workplace safety. Your JHA must be reviewed and reapproved annually, or updated as work conditions change. Employees, supervisors, and work leads can draft a new JHA Hazards Profile, but only work leads have the authority to approve updates. To create a draft JHA, either retake the JHA questionnaire, modify an existing one, or create a draft copy of your JHA Hazards Profile. Access the online JHA at the provided link or contact the JHA Team at JHA@lbl.gov for assistance.
