  1. Patients Leaving Without Being Seen The left without being seen rate should optimally sit below 5% of patients over the month. What is shown in the graph is that for the month of June we are meeting the target . The overall trend for this indicator is that we are performing consistently within the target although there has been a rise with the number of patients who leave without being seen over the past few months. The left without being seen rate has been higher than our normal for the last three months. The number of patients leaving often directly relates to how quickly patients are seen by a Doctor, and over the last three months we have had more patients having to wait for longer periods of time. This is an area that we have been working to improve. However we are still below the national quality indicator threshold of 5%. 4.6% Rate This Month Better Compared to Last Month
