EGMM – Transaction based MIS system • Youth registration in to Database is a continuous process - back bone for EGMM programs • Companies/ recruiters can register and place requirement with EGMM online – Interface developed in the software. • Training centers, partners, courses, service providers registered in the software and allotted Unique Codes. • Training batch planning done online – Training venues, course, partner, service providers mapped to the batch – bring in transparency. • Youth meeting the eligibility for the batch planned will be identified and pulled out from the database using the query enabled filtering screen. • Youth identified will be issued a call letter to attend the course – system generated call letters. • Every action performed on the Youth will be flagged and the archive of actions will be part of the youth ‘s profile.

EGMM – Transaction based MIS system • Bio-metric attendance systems introduced in all training centers to improve qualitative standards of EGMM functioning • Unique 9 digit Biometric ID for Trainees – after the youth are admitted. • Monitoring of Attendance - auto generated Biometric attendance reports available online – reports updated daily. • Tracking of Youth from identification up to post placement - Flagging at different levels in the software and Call center for post placement tracking. • Youth place their grievances at different stages of training, placement and post placement with EGMM- call center. • Bulk SMS software reaching out to all trainees and Alumni who are placed. • Facility to monitor delays in payments at all stages with escalation mechanism • Reports for public view for more transparency

  5. Youth Database Build a database of 8 lakh youth by conducting a door to door survey in a mission mode The data base is accessible through a query enabled Database tool for filtering and mobilization of youth based on their Education Qualifications, Interests and Skill sets

Facilitation Agency Status • Facilitation agency (An NGO) has been identified for two cities Hyderabad & Bangaluru. • MSWs recruited as counselors to the youth. • Operational from 1st October 2010. • Work order issued till 31st March 2010. • Discussions and negotiations in process with various insurance firms. • Identification and assessment of hostels in process.

Directory Of Hostels • Boarding & Lodging facilities to the youth at the nearest location from the place of Work. • To create a directory of hostels in major cities of Andhra Pradesh & other metros of South India like Bangaluru & Chennai • Mapping and auditing hostels on quality • Already more than 100 hostels mapped • Facilitation centre handling and improving the hostel directory
