TAs are contacted every semester • The Office of Assessment will contact ECS TAs by email. • It is important we have your correct email address. • We provide ECS TAs with a link to our online signup webpage. • Login ID and password provided. • Select your timeslots and submit. • Keep a record of the timeslots your selected. • Reminder emails will be sent out the day before your evaluation slot.

  3. 15 minutes before the class… Pick up evaluation packet • Location: ECS North 3.704. • Enter through the north door (back door) to the Dean’s Suite in ECS North 3.7. • Be on time!Tardiness and no-shows will be reported to the departments…

  4. When you arrive in class Announce to the class you will be conducting a course evaluation. • On the board write: • course number • section number • instructor’s name • date

  5. First 15 minutes… • Evaluations take place during the first 15 minutes of class. • Place all forms and pencils in a central location or hand them out if it is a small class. • NEW FOR THIS SEMESTER: • USE INK FOR FILLING OUT THE COURSE COMMENTS FORM. • Remember to collect the pencils and the dry erase marker.

  6. REMEMBER • Use PENCIL for: • Blue course evaluation form H • Purple course evaluation form G • Use PEN/INK for: • Course Comment form • Lab Survey form

  7. Immediately after … After the evaluation, bring the packet back to the Assessment Office (ECSN 3.704).
