  2. Course Assessment • Final Examination 70% • Coursework 30% Further details on the assignment will be given at a later date

  3. Final Exam • Eight (8) questions and students will be required to answer any three (5) questions in the examination paper • All questions will be equally weighted. The examination will be a graded examination accounting for 70% of the overall assessment. • The examination will be for a duration of three (3) hours, excluding ten minutes "reading time". • It is a "closed-book" examination; no notes, books, "mind map" or any other material will be allowed into the examination room.

Why Study Business Com? • This subject is mainly to familiarise students with and to equip them with the knowledge to understand that an individual person has different ways in which he/she can communicate in an organisation. • In addition, there are also different forums from which the communication can take place.

  6. Understanding of key components of internal and external communication. • Understand the various methods of business channels in the environment • Factors that determine success and failure of the communication process • Understand the complexity of communication tools and the contribution of each member in an organisation to the communication process.   7. Outcome of BCom Subject • Identify the proper communication method and tools. • Produce specific communication paper work. • Conduct and comment on a presenter. • Conduct and comment on a presenter’s use of visual aids. • Chair a meeting with appropriate documents. • ‘Ace’ an interview
