Definicin El robo de identidad debe su nombre al trmino ingls identity theft con el cual se quiere expresar la situacin en la que se encuentra una persona cuando un tercero ha obtenido crdito, abierto cuentas o adquirido bienes y servicios a su nombre mediante apropiacin de datos, informaciones o documentos.
