Successful Efforts- Highly dependent on coordination and collaborative efforts of all involved. Collaborative proposals and projects have better likelihood to be funded and successfully completed. Leverage other existing efforts/projects to gain interest for support.
Considerations- Don’t over promise and under deliver (Can always modify and do more) Estimate coordination involved, then double it
