Summary • November saw an improvement and decreased KPI in: • 20 to 40 foot ratio performance inbound decreased into Europe and into North America. • High Cube percentage decreased for Europe and decreased for North America. • Booking Compliance for 14 days from Asia Origins slightly increased into Europe and decreased into North America. • 12 days before sailing booking confirmation decreased into North America and into Europe. • Compliance on RV to SA less than 7 days to Europe significantly decreased. • Percentage (%) of docs sent within 7 days of sailing into Europe increased. • Note: No measurement conducted to Route compliance for Europe and North America.

  3. Ratio of High Cubes Ratio of High Cubes for Europe (49.38%) and North America (48.58%) are slightly decreased.

  4. Ratio of 20fts to 40fts(see next 2 slides for details) Europe 20ft decreased at 14.81% and with usage of High Cube (49.38%). North America 20ft slightly decreased at 22.55% and with usage of High Cube (48.53%).

Europe inbound 20ft from Shippers(24 x 20’ out of 168 cntrs to Ansell) Trend for Ansell consignees 20 to 40ft decreased at 14.81% compare from last month – 15.13% and HC to 40 slightly decreased at 49.38% compare from last month 50.66%. Container supply all consignees Container supply only to Ansell consignees

USA inbound 20ft from Shippers(32 x 20’ out of 217 cntrs Ansell only) Trend on 20 to 40 ft slightly decreased at 22.55% (last month was at 25.43%), while trend on HC to 40 slightly decreased at 48.53% compare to last month at 48.55%. Container supply to all consignees Container to supply only to Ansell consignees

  7. Percentage of Bookings received 14 days before requested ETD slightly decreased for Europe and for North America in November

  8. Percentage of bookings confirmed 12 days before sailing decreased for North America and slightly decreased for Europe This is a new measure seeking to evaluate that the agreed confirmation period prior to sailing has occurred to ensure maximum utilization of first nominated ocean carriers. It excludes bookings that did not conform with the 14 days before sailing booking request.

  9. Percentage of number times RV to SA was <7 days at Asia Origin for Europe significantly decreased for November Arrivals

  10. Percentage of Number of Documents sent within 7 days after Sailing to Europe – significantly increased in November Note: The measure was docs sent prior to 10 days after sailing. Altered in Nov 08 to 7 days

  16. Inbound Lane Route Compliance Unable to conduct measurements for November2011. This measure needs to be reconfigured given changes to the selection of carriers. No SOP has been derived at this time for 2011 reports.

  17. North AmericaInbound lane route compliance Unable to conduct carrier compliance with alterations on contracts. Selection of carrier is now by container type as well as by route. UTi to investigate how to analytically calculate compliance

  18. Europe Inbound Lane Route Compliance This measure needs to be reconfigured given changes to the selection of carriers. No SOP has been derived at this time for 2011 reports.
