INNOVATIVE IDEA/NEW INITIATIVES-1 Stations like TPR, KRU, CJB, COK are not doing well in terms of P/L because their booking rates vis-à-vis truck freight rates and more transits of their goods were making loss to the above Stns. These Stations had a joint meeting for clubbing of loads with each other by using ERD as transit for direct dispatches to avoid more transits. In the month of December,13 ERD has dispatched 8 Consignments of TPR booked for delivery in the state of UP as two point unloading as KGD & GZB. This new innovation will help these Stations to minimize clearance cost and timely delivery to customers.
HURDLE & SOLUTION HURDLES We are running short services from ALD to Stns falling in NCR and other stations through co trucks. Since they are daily services and irrespective of load ,one has to dispatch goods to said stations which was causing Losses to stns because of high KAT. Stations were also not booking goods for said stns as the KAT was more then their booking rate. 1. SOLUTION To encourage stations to do maximum booking for NCR stations we revise the truck freight rate for said services in a way that NFU do not loose but our stations also do not suffer losses on their booking BECAUSE of high clearance from ALD. We got the rates lessen ex ald to DESTN Stns ,but increase truck Freight rates from booking stations so that these booking stations make every effort to give full load as per truck guarantee so that their costs also remain in check and have their booking viable.
HURDLES HURDLES Print out of suvidha no and its validity time is the prerequisite document for transportation of goods into the STATE of Bihar. We were facing regular problem as our trucks carrying goods in the state of bihar were seized by the authorities thus leavy heavy penalty on the grs because of expiry Of validity of particular suvidha number. It was those grs where suvidha no was manually mentioned & no validity time shown. SOLUTIONS To avoid this situation , we have send a circular in this regard to stations advising them To obtain print out of suvidha no and its validity time alongwith other relevent documents for any goods booked for delivery in the state of BIHAR. SECONDLY , our hub station gzb have been categorically told, not to dispatch any consignment where print out of suvidha no and its validity time is not attached with the driver copy of grs besides goods of those grs were suvidha no is manually mentioned on the grs but without mention of validity time
FUTURE PLANS CONTINOUS FOCUS TO KEEPCONSISTENT HEALTHY GROWTH AND BY ROPING BIG BZN HOUSES . 2. FOCUS TO REDUCE OVER 90 DAYS RECOVERY. 3. TO ACHIEVE TARGET OF 4 CRORE NBCC BOOKING BY END OF THIS F/YEAR. 4. TO ATTACH MAXIMUM HIRED TRUCKS WITH CO.
