  3. Group Dynamics • Team organized around product areas and team member experience. • UI: Written in HTML and Javascript (Andrew and Ryan) • Database: Creating schema and implementing (Dale and Jian) • Model: Java Servlet responsible for algorithms and image processing (Justin and Charley)

  4. Documentation • FAQ • Static suggestions in UI (such as “Enter building” in the search field)

  5. Deployment • We run the servlet • User barrier to entry very low • Modern browser: IE7, Firefox, Safari (needs to support transparent PNG)

  6. Risks • Trouble implementing and debugging Javascript UI (especially cross platform) • One aspect of the project may require much more time than another, requiring us to move team members around
