  6. Sample Question Electromagnetic waves are waves of energy that use both electrical and magnetic fields and can move through empty space. In other words they do not need matter to move, like sound waves, and therefore can be used in a variety of ways to study our universe. Radio waves are electromagnetic waves that can be used for communication. With the use of antennas to capture and direct radio waves scientist send and receive data and information. Engineers are always problem solving to get information from Mar’s back to Earth as efficiently as possible. Based on this article and video, what are two of the challenges of getting information from the Mar’s rover?
