The company commenced operation in September 2012 and currently employs 2 full-time employees. Our core business focus is to buy and add substantial value to residential real estate through renovation and property development. Our business currently operates in NSW only and maintains a strict focus on the suburbs of Merrylands in Sydney’s Great West region. Our company is gaining a local reputation for quality projects that are well suited to the demands within our target suburb of Merrylands.

Through our expert skill and intellectual property knowledge, we identify how to add substantial value to a property within relatively short time periods. Our sites are project managed to time, cost and quality control and are either sold or retained for longer term capital growth depending on the individual property concerned. Our core competency is our expert property knowledge which has been achieved through thorough research and our extensive property due diligence systems.

  5. Our Director SUE HAZROLI is a full time professional renovator starting with the first one in 2005. Sue has renovated a few properties over the years and is an up and coming property renovator in her target suburb of Merrylands. Sue is skilled in adding maximum value to properties in cosmetic or structural renovations and effectively co-ordinates her sites with a strong project management focus. Our core competency is our expert property knowledge which has been achieved through thorough research and our extensive property due diligence systems.
