  1. Guide on Temporary Graduate Visa You are eligible for a 485 temporary visa if you hold a study visa and have completed your bachelor degree and want to remain in Australia. This 485 temporary visa offers full­time work rights in Australia. It is an ideal option for degree holders who want to gain post­qualification work experience. Important Points of 485 Temporary Graduate Visas Based on his recognized study course, the duration of candidate’s graduate visa is decided. If in case, the candidate has completed a Bachelor’s degree program then your visa will have two­year validity. Candidate will get three years for a Master program and four for a Ph.D. • For having a visa in this category, Candidate does not need to find the sponsorship of the employer. • The candidate must be residing in Australia when there is an application for the visa is filed and when it is decided. Candidate can contact Migration Agent in Australia to know more about the program. •

Candidate needs to go for a National Police Check from the Australian Federal Police to hold the visa. • Candidate needs to clear an English language test with good marks. Valid English language ability exams for this visa are IELTS, OET, PTE, TOEFL, and Cambridge.  •
