This study investigates the impact of various compounds (SW.43, SW.IV-52s, SW.III-123) on the viability of cancer cell lines SKOV-3, CaOV-3, and BG-1 after 48 hours of treatment. The analysis includes cell viability percentages and caspase-3 activity in response to TNF-α antibody administration. The results demonstrate varying sensitivities among the cell lines depending on the concentration of the compounds used and the effects of TNF-α on caspase activation, highlighting potential pathways for therapeutic intervention in cancer treatment.
