This study investigates the levels of acetylated α-tubulin in cells treated with various combinations of drugs (Doxorubicin, Cisplatin, etc.) at time points of 48 and 72 hours. The focus is on understanding the impact of these treatments on microtubule stability as indicated by acetylation status. We explore the effects of CRPP and R treatments alongside D and C drugs, assessing the correlation between treatment duration and α-tubulin modifications. The findings contribute to the knowledge of microtubule dynamics in response to chemotherapeutic agents.
