Background The High Level Group stated, at the end of their workshop in 2000, the following target: ”....the objective of this initiative is to create a single European sky based on an airspace and ATM system, designed, managed, and regulated in an armonized way to ensure efficient utilization of sky at European level for all users....” ASAS-TN - Rome, 2003
