  1. Kortreist Lokalmat NYHET fra Bama Trading !Cosmo salat Ny spennende salat type !! Prøveproduksjon i år hos Bjærtnes gartneri på Nøtterøy. Cosmo salat er en krysning mellom romano og isberg. Salaten kombinerer den søte smaken fra Romano med sprøheten til en isberg. Størrelsen på salaten er som for en hjertesalat. Har den samme gode holdbarheten. Bladene er skålformede og lette og brekke fra hodet. Sesong som norsk hjertesalat til ca ut oktober.
