This plat outlines the Pooling area for the first 2 wells permitted by the Texas Railroad Commission for the Milner site Also shown are the 2 well bores 2H and 1H. At a minimum XTO should test all water wells within 2000 feet of the well bore paths. Additionally they should be required to test the creek at various locations along its path to Grapevine Lake.
