  5. Existing duct will have to be removed and new CV system installed Existing floor to be replaced, carpet ?

  6. Second access/egress

  7. Change in level to be rectified

  8. False ceiling,lights ?

  9. Glazed facade

  10. No new window openings proposed

  11. 1.2m Width of existing stairs & doors need to be confirmed if acceptable > 50 people = 1.4m ?

  12. Conference Room must be considered as a ‘non public area’.

  13. New door may be required ?
